Co chair HSE Patient Forum

Anne is the founder of 22q11 Ireland, a small parent-led organisation dedicated to raising awareness of the little known genetic condition 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. Working together with CHI clinical expertise a model-of-care pathway (transferable to other rare diseases) is now available in OLCHC at the first ever 22q clinic in Ireland. Anne is also the co-chair of the HSE Patient Forum who work closely with the National Office for Patient and Service User Engagement promoting patient partnership principles across all levels of our health and social care services. Anne lives in Waterford with her daughter Áine.
