Claire is an Assistant Principal within the Public Service Transformation Delivery team where she plays a key role in advancing Irelands Better Public Services agenda, with a focus on innovation, citizen-centred design and digital transformation.

Claire leads strategic initiatives such as Public Service Transformation Week and managed the Public Service Innovation Fund 2019-2024, and the Public Services Digital Transformation Fund. She works closely with stakeholders across sectors to improve service delivery and governance. Passionate about inclusive leadership and systemic reform, Claire brings deep experience in managing change and delivering impactful, future-focused public services.
