Paul Taylor is Innovation Coach at Bromford Flagship who provide over 80,000 homes across east, central and south west England,

 

In 2014 Paul gave up doing a proper job to launch the first ‘innovation lab’ in the social housing sector. Widely criticised at the time as a gimmick - the approach has moved from a ‘fail fast agile team’ at the periphery of the organisation to becoming more embedded into strategy. 

 

His current major project is to introduce ‘place based working’ across central England - which aims to create autonomous teams embedded at community level to focus on health and wellbeing outcomes. 

Paul has extensive experience in strategy development, marketing, communications, customer experience and service design.  He is a regular speaker and adviser on innovation and a frequent blogger and contributor to publications.
